Jeremy worked with Dowell & Dowell as a law student and continued to work with the firm as an attorney until moving to Pennsylvania. During his time away from Dowell & Dowell, he worked with a boutique IP firm expanding his knowledge of IP law. During Jeremy’s career he has worked extensively on patent prosecution involving a wide range of technologies, including biomedical devices, complex mechanical devices, and electrical systems. He also advises clients on patentability, patent validity, and patent infringement issues. Additionally, Jeremy has extensive experience with acquiring and defending trademarks, including both U.S. federal and state registrations, as well as foreign registrations.
Since returning to Dowell & Dowell, Jeremy has expanded his role to include management of Dowell & Dowell’s day-to-day operations.
